Fiorentina Stadium UFO Mass Sighting – Italy

On October 27, 1954, tens of thousands of spectators watched a football match at Fiorentina Stadium when play stopped as multiple bright objects hovered and moved silently overhead. Witnesses described egg-shaped or cigar-like craft, while a strange silvery filament substance (later dubbed “angel hair”) fell from the sky and evaporated on contact. Journalists, players, and police all confirmed the sighting, making it one of the largest mass UFO events in European history. No conventional explanation has ever fully accounted for both the aerial objects and the physical residue.
