Originally built in 1924 as a medical office and pharmacy, this Carrollton landmark later became a soda shop and grill. The building is said to be haunted by Watson, the loyal dog of a former doctor, with reports of unexplained noises and the sensation of a dog brushing past guests, especially near the original entrance.
