Scoveston Fort – Wales

Built in the mid-1800s as part of the Milford Haven defensive network, Scoveston Fort is now best known for the chilling “Scoveston murders” of 1985, when three members of the Wales family were brutally killed inside the fort’s grounds—an event many believe left a haunting imprint. Visitors report a female apparition near the old guard tunnels and the sound of running footsteps echoing across the empty parapets. Cold spots and muffled voices have been heard around the courtyard where investigators say the atmosphere abruptly changes.
