Visitors report seeing a tall figure in period clothing moving between the stones, along with blue mist drifting above the older graves after rain. Local folklore also tells of a phantom dog that patrols the boundary fence, growling at intruders before disappearing into the hillside. Night walkers frequently hear footsteps crunching on gravel and muffled voices near the veterans’ section, despite the cemetery being completely empty.
