In 2021, footage filmed over Zurich showed a dark, ring-shaped “doughnut” object suspended in the sky, appearing hollow at the centre and slowly rotating before fading from view. Witnesses reported no sound, propulsion, or visible structure, and the object maintained a stable form inconsistent with conventional aircraft. Explanations ranged from atmospheric phenomena to aerial equipment, but none were conclusively confirmed. The Zurich sighting remains one of Europe’s most visually distinctive recent UAP clips.
