Paranormal teams (including Grimstone Inc.) have long focused on the tower/upper floors for activity, reporting EVP hits and aggressive incidents—most notably a visitor describing hair-pulling followed by three long scratches appearing on her back. Other recurring reports include a “ghost cat” shadow-darting through rooms, odd touches (especially around the first-floor bathroom), and recorded audio where a child’s voice reportedly says “mommy.”
