Soaring 88 stories above Bangkok’s skyline, the Baiyoke Sky Hotel is Thailand’s tallest haunted building—where luxury and tragedy intersect. Since its completion in 1997, guests and staff have reported ghostly activity linked to construction accidents, including the death of a worker who fell from the upper floors and was allegedly entombed within the concrete during rushed final work. Housekeepers claim to hear footsteps pacing empty corridors late at night, and elevators sometimes stop at unoccupied floors with the doors sliding open to silence. Several visitors have also described seeing a pale man in a hard hat near the observation deck, vanishing when approached.
