Amber Court – Malaysia
Nearest city: Genting Highlands, Pahang

Amber Court is a 23-storey apartment complex nestled in the misty highlands of Mount Ulu Kali. Originally built in the 1990s as a luxury retreat, it now operates as a fully functional residential and homestay property. Despite its active use, the building’s weather-stained exterior and remote location have earned it a reputation as one of Malaysia’s most haunted places. Reported phenomena include sightings of a ghostly woman, unexplained noises, and unsettling sensations, particularly in the underground car park and lower floors. The site gained further notoriety as the filming location for the 2017 horror movie Haunted Hotel, with cast members claiming real-life paranormal encounters during production.
