Paranormal enthusiasts frequently report sightings of a spectral woman in white hanging from the balcony, as well as an elderly man wandering the overgrown gardens who vanishes when approached. Despite its prime real estate location, the house has remained a stagnant, vine-covered ruin for decades, purportedly due to a powerful curse that causes bad luck or illness to anyone who attempts to buy or redevelop the land.
