Manises UFO incident – Spain

On November 11, 1979, a commercial flight from Mallorca to Tenerife was forced to make an emergency landing in Valencia after the pilot reported three luminous objects pursuing the aircraft. Spanish military radar confirmed unidentified targets, and a Mirage F-1 jet was scrambled to intercept — without success. The “Manises Incident” remains Spain’s most documented UFO case and was investigated officially by the Air Force.
