Witnesses since at least the 2000s have described a pale, lanky, humanoid figure with glowing eyes; sometimes crawling on all fours and moving at unnaturally high speed. Several local accounts and Reddit discussions have linked the Crawler to skinwalker legends from Native American folklore, speculating it could be a shapeshifter or supernatural entity. Sightings are most often reported near the Bridle Trail and Garden Creek Falls, with hikers and campers continuing to share new experiences and videos.
